In the event that you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, we request that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to notify of reschedule/cancellation 24 hours before your appointment time will result in:

A $25 charge or A 30% charge of services booked (whichever fee is greater will be charged)

These charges will occur the same day of the appointment to your payment method saved on file.

In order to ensure our stylists have a consistent schedule, we will be requiring all clients to add a method of payment to their client profile before any services can be booked.
